“Sci – Alpinismo”, is how backcountry skiing is named in Italy. A sport which is winning popularity, especially with the winter sport fanatics. Walking up with sheets underneath your ski’s and descend in virgin white fields of snow! In the Brenta Dolomites there are numerous tracks. Avalanche Camp - Off-piste safety
Off piste skiing and excursions with snow-shoes require specific equipment and knowledge to limit the risk of avalanches. Every Thursday our Alpine Guides take you off-piste where they will teach you about the surrounding terrain and demonstrate with specific technical instruments how to analyse certain aspects of the snow and slopes.
It’s a day to discover a new world and how to travel in safety away from the groomed pistes.
Meeting point: 13:00 at the 2001 telecabine. Return at 17:00. For groups of at least 5 people this time can be changed on request
Cost: €60 per person.
The mountain guide, safety equipment, technical equipment and teaching material is included in the price. Not included in the price is your ski-pass.

Off piste and free ride
The true black run! Ski through woods, in hidden canyons and immaculate slopes! For those who want to experience the excitement of fresh snow. Excursions for beginners on the slopes of the Paganella and for good skiers on the best off-piste in the Dolomiti di Brenta, Passo Tonale and Val di Mesdi.
Required level: 3rd level on piste skiing
Cost: €80 per person.
The mountain guide and safety equipment is included in the price. Not included in the price is your ski-pass and transport.
Equipment to bring: ski equipment as for on piste ( there is the possibility of hiring free-ride equipment).
Ice-climbing
A chance to experience climbing a frozen waterfall with picks and crampons in total safety with the help of ropes and harness, whilst learning the correct technique.
Fitness level: for sporty people
Meeting point: 08.30 at the Andalo APT ( Tourist Office). Return at 12.30. For groups of at least 3 people this time can be changed on request.

Gear to bring: gloves, hat, camera, small rucksack with personal belongings, snack.
